Barb was raised in a Catholic home and is the oldest of 3 children. She grew up in Niagara Falls.  After meeting her soul mate Allan in her last year of high school she came to accept Christ at the age of twenty. Barb has been involved with different ministries such as Pioneer Girls Club and teaching Sunday school, which she had done for a number of years. She and Allan have been married for 36 wonderful years. They have two sons Thom and Andy- both of which have wives named Sarah. Barb and Allan have been blessed with a granddaughter named Rhianna; a ray of sunshine in their lives. Some of Barbs interests include quilting, jogging, and going for long walks up north at their cottage- especially in the fall. Now in her nineteenth on staff, Barb continues to enjoy working as custodian here at Redeemer.
