Young Adults

(ages 18+)

Sunday night 7:00-10:00 pm
“You’re there!…You are finding yourself in that transitional stage in your life, working on discovering who you are as a new adult and ready to finally go out on your own. If you find yourself discovering God and Christianity, exploring it all, or even doubting it all, then we want to offer you an opportunity where you won’t have to go through this journey alone.

Our Young Adults Ministry at Redeemer is a great place for you to connect with other people in the same stage of life as you are, working through the same questions and trying to make everything fit. Join us twice a month as we fellowship together and discuss hard-hitting topics concerning God, Scripture and your personal faith journey and how it fits in your life and in the rest of our ever-changing world. And of course, there will be food and coffee too!”

All events are 7-10 pm. We will be finishing a study on the book “Forgotten God” by Francis Chan.
“POWERFUL. When is the last time someone used that word to describe you?
It doesn’t make sense that almighty God would have children characterized by fear and insecurity. He put His Spirit in us so we could be known by our power (Acts 1:8, 2 Tim.1:7). Sadly, most believers and churches are known for talent or intellect rather than supernatural power. What’s worse is that we’re okay with it.
Could it be that we’ve forgotten the One who distinguishes us from every religion and cult in the world?
In Forgotten God, Francis Chan reminds us of the true source of the church’s power: the Holy Spirit. Offering a compelling invitation to understand, embrace and follow the Holy Spirit’s direction in our lives, let’s move beyond our habits of neglect and pursue a life defined by the Spirit of God.”
