Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) is a fun, family-friendly, fundraising walk supporting Project SHARE, with money raised supporting families in need here in Niagara.  This year, the walk takes place on February 22 and once again, our “Redeemer Walks” team has been entered.  Registration begins at 4:00 pm at St. Paul High School, 3834 Windermere Road, Niagara Falls.  The walk begins at 5:00 pm. If you would like to JOIN the ‘Redeemer Walks’ team:

  1. Go to https://cnoy.org/register
  2. Either create an account or enter your login credentials.
  3. Click on “Join the Team”
  4. Follow the instructions.

NOTE: Registration costs $25 but is waived if you raise at least $150, or you are a youth between 12-17 and raise $75, or if you are under 12.

If you would like to DONATE to the ‘Redeemer Walks’ Team:

  1. Go to https://cnoy.org/home
  2. Click on “Donate”
  3. Enter ‘Redeemer Walk’ and click ‘Go’.
  4. Select the team by clicking the arrow to the right.
  5. Follow the instructions.
  6. A donation receipt will be sent to your email address.

Or, see a team member and give them cash or cheque payable to “Coldest Night of the Year”. 

 

 

It is staggering how many individuals and families in our city access Project SHARE. There are probably many more that would qualify to benefit if they knew about them, and/or choose not to because they are too embarrassed to “ask for assistance”.  With the list of clients growing annually, there is no end in sight to this much-needed mission.
